About
Welcome BACK…to RowanReview.com!
Many of you were with us on our old site, but we expect that a lot of you are new visitors, too. For a short time, the old site will still be accessible at http://old.rowanreview.com. Once our time is up on the server there, however, this will be our one and only home.
The philosophy of what RowanReview.com is (and isn’t) has changed a lot since our early days. Ultimately, however, we want to provide a place for folks here in our little community of Morehead, KY and Rowan County to exchange ideas and dialog freely and openly. That doesn’t mean wailing on someone who has a different opinion than you. We do have rules, even though they are basically common sense.
Our site is always growing and evolving, and we hope you’ll enjoy your visit!

he’s got my prayer to him and his family, don’t want to see anyone go thru that.
Update Morehead Police Officer Erik Caudill: Erik is very appreciative for the thoughts and prayers for him. Erik is in good spirits and has gotten good reports from his team of doctors. He will be at the Markey Cancer Center for about 3 more weeks. Erik is welcoming visitors.
We have a firefighter, Chris Mayhugh, that is on the Nelson Creek Vol. Fire Dept in Muhlenberg County . He is in the University of Kentucky Medical Center, he has Guillain-Barre Syndrome and is on a ventilator. He and his wife have a 5 or 6 month old daughter and no insurance. The Nelson Creek Fire Dept has an account for Chris at the First Kentucky Bank in Central City. The phone number is: 270-754-1331. If you know anyone that wants to help this family, please forward this email. Thank you for helping this family and for everything you do for us.
