part of a “nationwide locksmith swindle” that’s ripping off consumers across the country.
(use a local place for about anything you can, ask the local dispatcher {4-7511}
for a list of phone #s in this type situation )
When you lock your keys in the car, or lock yourself out of your house, you’d never call a locksmith in New York. At least, you wouldn’t do so intentionally.

Buyer beware of fancy flat TV’s
(don’t tell that guy that spent $2000 on one as a status symbol)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HDTV_blur
t is common for observers to confuse or misunderstand the source of blurring on HDTV sets. There are so many different possible causes, many of them being possible simultaneously.
As many people have realized, pixel response times need to be below 16.67 milliseconds in order to fully represent the bandwidth of color changes necessary for 60 Hz video. But achieving faster than 16.67 does not eliminate motion blur because of the least understood of all of these blur effects is that due to eye tracking.
LCDs often have a greater motion blur effect because the pixel in an LCD remains lit unlike the CRT phosphors that merely strobe for a very brief period of time. Reducing the time an LCD is lit has been shown to reduce motion blur due to eye tracking by decreasing the time period the backlit pixels are on.[3] However, an instant strobe is required to completely eliminate the retinal blurring…

Looks like it would be as easy as pulling the EPROM and plugging it into a flash reader/burner, running an emulator to read and change the information contained in the EPROM. I’ll bet some folks can even reprogram the EPROM to disable the “Check Engine” lamp, or delay it’s activation.
I haven’t read the article yet, but I’m off to do so now.

Is it legal” “spot sales”(yo yo or impulse buys) Not all cases where a credit application isn’t approved & a buyer must return the car are scams. But, Shahan says, “It’s a huge problem that’s getting worse.” All yo-yo deals rely on a common industry practice called “spot delivery” — letting customers who buy on credit take the new car home before financing is final. And few dealers disclose that credit deals are conditional on the approval of the application.

this article tells the story, but there is one slight error. The $431 billion surplus was created by looting the Social Security trust fund for the cash build-up set aside to cover the baby-boomer retirements. The Clinton administration “borrowed” that money and spent it as general finds, then declared a surplus. Now the baby-boomers are starting to retire and nobody knows how to pay for it.

I thought about puting this in the talk about anything page but it REALLY is a buyer beware issue as we pay for our government somehow right? “Thank goodness we don’t get all the government we pay for” Will Rogers?
Someone this week said they thought Ron Paul sounde so dumb in the ONE debate they saw him in they actually told me their thought was “why are they letting him speak?” Not shocked or suprised at their conditioned attitude or their lack of knowlege on this guys post debate poll winnings or his MASSIVE campain donation successes. in “Cavet Emptor” as people “bought into” the idea the shroud is fake + there is this showing the RARE AB negative blood on it as well:
Ovideo Cloth:
Just as important as the Shroud of Turin and intricately connected with the Shroud its surprising that the Ovideo cloth, or ‘Sudarium’, has had such little media coverage, and is far less well known.
http://www.tombofjesus.com/2007/survival/shroud_of_turin.html#Oviedo
The Ovideo cloth claims to be the sudarium (face-cloth) applied to Jesus after the crucifixion and covered his face whilst transporting him to his tomb. These details are known from studying blood flows on the cloth as well as studying its recorded history. Using image overlay techniques Dr Alan Whanger was able to show that the frontal stains on the Sudarium share 70 points of coincidence with the Shroud, and the rear side shows 50. Thus there is very strong evidence that they both covered the same man at the same time. Both clothes also contain blood belonging to the rare AB blood group.
Interestingly the Sudarium has a documented history much before the C-14 date for the Shroud. In a recent TV documentary Mark Guscin, the leading English speaking expert on the topic, also states that some of the blood stains on the cloth are from the body “whilst its still alive”. In this same interview Guscin also reveals that by studying the folds its clear the cloth was pinned to one side and did not cover the full face in Jesus’ case.
(it was found 8years later that the theads for the Carbon14 dating were taken from a repaired area)

Get the govt we pay for or THEY pay for?? Lawmakers Heavily Invested in “Military Industrial Complex” /Defense
By ANNE FLAHERTY – 3 days ago
WASHINGTON (AP) — Members of Congress have as much as $196 million collectively invested in companies doing business with the Defense Department, earning millions since the onset of the Iraq war, according to a study by a nonpartisan research group.
Not all the companies in which lawmakers invested are typical defense contractors. Corporations such as PepsiCo, IBM, Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson have at one point received defense-related contracts, notes the report by the Washington-based Center for Responsive Politics.
The center’s review of lawmakers’ 2006 financial disclosure statements suggests that members’ holdings could pose a conflict of interest as they decide the fate of Iraq war spending. Several members earning money from these contractors have plum committee or leadership assignments, including Democratic Sen. John Kerry, independent Sen. Joseph Lieberman and House Republican Whip Roy Blunt.
The study found that more Republicans than Democrats hold stock in defense companies, but that the Democrats who are invested had significantly more money at stake. In 2006, for example, Democrats held at least $3.7 million in military-related investments, compared to Republican investments of $577,500.
Overall, 151 members hold investments worth $78.7 million to $195.5 million in companies that receive defense contracts that are worth at least $5 million. These investments earned them anywhere between $15.8 million and $62 million between 2004 and 2006, the center concludes.
It is unclear how many members still hold these investments and exactly how much money has been made. Disclosure reports for 2007 aren’t due until this May. Also, members are required to report only a general range of their holdings.
According to the report, presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and John McCain did not report any defense-related holdings on their filings; Hillary Rodham Clinton did note holdings in such companies as Honeywell, Boeing and Raytheon, but sold the stock in May 2007. All three candidates are members of the Senate.
Earning dividends from companies tied to the military “could be problematic” for lawmakers who oversee defense policy and budgeting, noted the center’s Lindsay Renick Mayer. Avoiding every company with a military contract, however, would not be easy for an investor.
“So common are these companies, both as personal investments and as defense contractors, it would appear difficult to build a diverse blue-chip stock portfolio without at least some of them,” Mayer wrote
Kerry, D-Mass., a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, is identified as earning the most — at least $2.6 million between 2004 and 2006 from investments worth up to $38.2 million.
Spokesman David Wade said Kerry, who staunchly opposes the war in Iraq, is one of many beneficiaries of family trusts that he doesn’t control. Wade also noted that Kerry does not sit on the Appropriations Committee, which has direct control of the defense budget. . . .

If We Don’t Learn Our History, We’re Doomed to Repeat It
Everyone has heard the saying “if we don’t learn our history, we’re doomed to repeat it”.
Let’s see if history can teach us anything about 9/11:
* Historians agree that the Japanese bombed one of their own railways, and then blamed it on Chinese dissidents, as a justification for war against China
* It is widely accepted that the Nazis, in Operation Himmler, faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland
* It has now been persuasively argued — as shown, for example, in this History Channel video — that Nazis set fire to their own government building and blamed that fire on others (if you have trouble playing the clip, it is because the website hosting the clip requires you to download the clip before playing it). The fire was the event which justified Hitler’s seizure of power and suspension of liberties
* In the early 1950s, agents of an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, in the hope that radical muslims would be blamed as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers). Israel’s Defense Minister was brought down by the scandal, along with the entire Israeli government. See also this confirmation
* The Russian KGB apparently conducted a wave of bombings in Russia in order to justify war against Chechnya and put Vladimir Putin into power (see also this short essay and this report)
* The Turkish government has been caught bombing its own and blaming it on a rebel group in order to justify a crackdown on that group
* The well-respected former Indonesian president said that the government had a role in the Bali bombings
* As documented by the New York Times, Iranians working for the C.I.A. in the 1950’s posed as Communists and staged bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected president (see also this essay)
* As confirmed by a former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the former head of Italian counterintelligence, NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and blamed the communists, in order to rally people’s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism. As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated:
“You had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security.”
* Recently declassified documents show that in the 1960’s, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. If you view no other links in this article, please read the following ABC news report; the official documents; and watch this interview with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings
* The FBI had penetrated the cell which carried out the 1993 world trade center bombing, but had — at the last minute — cancelled the plan to have its FBI infiltrator substitute fake powder for real explosives, against the infiltrator’s strong wishes (summary version is free; full version is pay-per-view)? See also this TV news report
* The anthrax attacks — which were sent along with notes purportedly written by Islamic terrorists — used a weaponized anthrax strain from the top U.S. bioweapons facility, the Fort Detrick military base? Indeed, top bioweapons experts have stated that the anthrax attack may have been a CIA test “gone wrong”; and see this article by a former NSA and naval intelligence officer; and this statement by a distinguished law professor and bioterror expert (and this one). It is also interesting that the only congress people mailed anthrax-containing letters were key democrats, and that the attacks occurred one week before passage of the freedom-curtailing Patriot Act, which seems to have scared them and the rest of congress into passing that act without even reading it
* The former director of the National Security Agency said “By any measure the US has long used terrorism. In ‘78-79 the Senate was trying to pass a law against international terrorism - in every version they produced, the lawyers said the US would be in violation”(the audio is here)
* A former National Security Adviser told the Senate that the war on terror is “a mythical historical narrative”
* Famous leaders have stated again and again that false flag terror is the name of the game:
* U.S. President James Madison said: “If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.”
* Adolph Hitler said: “Terrorism is the best political weapon for nothing drives people harder than a fear of sudden death”.
* Nazi leader Hermann Goering said:
“Why of course the people don’t want war … But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship … Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country”.
* Josef Stalin said:
“The easiest way to gain control of a population is to carry out acts of terror. [The public] will clamor for such laws if their personal security is threatened”
Given the above-described history of false flag terror, it is beyond dispute that we must carefully scrutinize what really happened on 9/11, and that we cannot take the(OR ANY) government’s word for it.

Since this thread is for buyer beware:
I received this from a friend.
Were you aware that all keyboards on typewriters were
changed in the 1960’s to reflect this new ‘fiat’ paper currency that has no intrinsic value?
The Oxford English Dictionary up at MSU library said that 26 country’s use the “S” with one bar for their scrip; for years I heard that the double bar $ was a U written over an S orininally for U.S. Dollars maybe not.
This symbol on your keyboard “$” is the symbol for the Federal Reserve note “dollar.” You will take note that your typewriter keyboards were all changed by about 1963.
The ‘Dollar’ symbol prior to this time period contained TWO vertical lines through the symbol, not one line as it is today. The “Dollar” originated with one Count Schick, who struck the Coin in Joachim’s Thal, Bavaria in the early 1500’s. It contained 412 grains,
troy weight, of standard silver, 9/10 fine or 371.25 grains of pure silver. They were called
“Schlickenthalers” or “Joachimstalers.” The Spanish, about that time, picked up on it and coined a similar coin and called it “Pieces of Eight” because it consisted of eight “Reals.” They were later called
Spanish Milled Dollars or Pillar Dollars and had a similar weight and fineness to the Bavarian “Thaler.”
The original “Dollar” sign came from the Scroll that is wrapped around the Spanish Milled Pillar Dollar, which has TWO Pillars on the reverse side of the coin.
Since Spain controlled most of the precious metals around the world in the 16th, 17th and 18th Centuries, their Spanish Milled Dollar* became the STANDARD UNIT
of measuring VALUES in commercial transactions.
The Spanish Milled Dollar had a FIXED VALUE for over 200-years before the adoption of the U.S.
Constitution. On July 6, 1785, the U.S. Congress Resolved: “That the money unit of the United States should be “One Dollar.” This referred to the Spanish Milled Dollar containing 371.25 grains of fine silver.
Congress again adopted this standard of value, the
“Dollar”*, on August 7, 1787, and again in the Coinage Act of April 2, 1792. The term “Dollar” is used twice in the Constitution. Once in Article I, Section 9, Clause I, and again in the 7th Amendment. Obviously,
the “Dollar” requires no more legal definition than the “Sun.” This Standard unit of measurement cannot be
changed without a Constitutional Amendment. The Framers used the term “Dollar” and they knew what it meant. The definition of a “Dollar” can no more be varied as a measurement of value than the length of the term “Year” as a measurement of time in the
Constitution. Article V of the U.S. Constitution provides the only method of amending the Constitution, and it requires ratification by the Legislatures of three-fourths of the several States of the Union. No amendment concerning the standard unit of value in the
United States, the “Dollar”*, has ever been proposed, let alone ratified.]
(now how can you “pay” for anything since you have never been paid with real money just a money substitute scrip, talk about “cavet emptor” buyer beware !!!
April 19th, 2008 at 1:53 am
Very interesting article on the $. Thanks.
April 19th, 2008 at 7:14 pm
Well I am glad you got something out of the article but the implications for this scrip/debt blip note that are only in the likeness of a note means that everything is a lie. When we say we pay for something or buy it, in legalese it is only “discharged” as you cannot pay a debt with a debt.
Courts cannot issue impossible orders SO when someone is given a fine to “pay” it cannot be done with the current non-Federal non-Reserve Notes (which are not promissory notes as Black’s Law Dictionary cites “in the likeness of a note” ) Older scrip did have a promise to “pay”
as the bill on its face said;” This Note is Legal Tender and can be Exchanged for Lawful Money”…
which was a actual promise to pay.
Out in Los Wages last year a jury found “not guilty” on over 119 counts of willful failure to “pay ” income taxes where people were being paid by contract with U.S mint coins silver and gold that had non-constitutional markings on them for “50 DOLLARS” and One Dollar” (.999fine bullion grade)
http://www.lvrj.com/news/9893062.html
The IRS as it turns out has no regulations to cover such a situation and the “show me the law crowd” jumped all over this. The non-U.S. mint Liberty Dollars was raided also last year by the Alphabet soup crowd which confiscated all their stocks of Ron Paul commemoritive coins and warehouse reciepts, books and such for their alternative real money system. The constructive fraud system cannot bear ANY competion as it pops the public’s illusion bubble like Toto pulling back the curtain on the Wizard of OZ.//

Cavet Emptor: When shopping for Digital Tuners / DVD DVR VCR combos MAKE SURE there is at least analog pass through or a combo OTA(8vsb) QAM & Analog tuner. The Magnavox DVD/VCR combo at Wall Mart has this but search/shop around some have some too frequent problems (mine just died after 8weeks, the RCA they used to have lasted 6month before it ate a VCR tape and the whole thing just died when a Tech took out the tape, It is being shipped to Texas for replacement under warrenty and on the net others have had similar problems.
Our rural Coop electric goes out and off and on alot so that could be a factor but I also have 2 EMI surge strips daisy chained to plug in my entertainment center stereo &tv;
I have tried several tuners out and the tuner boxes for antenna DTV don’t pass analog with a very few exceptions. My Zenith does not but there is suppose to be one that does?
see the link
https://www.ntiadtv.gov/cecb_list.cfm
May 24th, 2008 at 7:19 pm
Someone I can aggreee with !!!
:
brought this home and couldn’t believe it! The box receives only DTV stations, it has no analog tuner. That would be ok if it bypassed itself with the power off so you could receive analog (NTSC) signals like you currently do through your TV. But it doesn’t do it! Well, That brings up a large can of worms. In 2009 only the full power TV stations will go off the air, not the low power stations. AND if you live in an area where Canadian or Mexican analog stations can be received, they won’t be going off the air either. I live in an area where there are more low power TV stations than full power ones, With this box I loose all my local low power TV stations. The only work around is to hook the TV antenna to the box for DTV broadcasts and manually move the antenna cable to the TV for the analog reception. Why would the FCC approve something this stupid…unbelievable!
http://reviews.cnet.com/tv-hdtv-tuners-receivers/insignia-ns-dxa1/4864-6487_7-32887592.html?messageID=2574501
May 25th, 2008 at 6:19 am
That is partly the reason why I am working on multiple arrays. I will be using an A/B switch between the converter and TV. This way if I want to watch WCPO, I can switch to position A and use the converter, but if I want to watch TV 10, I can switch to position B, bypassing the converter to use the arrays that are dedicated to analog channels.
May 26th, 2008 at 10:31 am
I would be surprised if you could "pull in" WCPO digital, I barely get Channel 12 DTV on 34?UHF but in 09 they move back to 12 for DTV and Hazard 12(57WYMT ) will likely knock it out for most.
Certain Recievers lock in the 1st channel you scan PSIP parsed data and won’t scan in another channel’s data for that DTV freq. Example: WLEX is on 39DTV and so is Huntington’s ION29(not Frenchburg’s67/21DTV) Some tuners I have tried can handle both signals when the antenna is rotated ~180degrees apart signals and will scan in the signal that you are pointed at and retain it in memory. Some get mixed up and when you flip past 29 it skips back to 18, the current Zenith box I have so far has not scanned in 29, so I am glad I had the antenna pointed toward Lexington to get WLEX data first. Something else to consider when setting up a tuner othwise you have to find the "secret" system reset code or unplug it for several days or something to erase the memory and scan in the station preferred.
Just another irritating bug to be worked out.

A bit surprised no one else called these folks to confirm the report? (and no comments)
This is BIG! if every "court" is really a for-profit corporation run like a bank,
Notice the report says that it gets funding from tax revenue, what about fees?
and fines and "court costs" and such.
I just find it interesting that this block buster story has no comments or
that no one else has followed up on my emails and phone calls.
No reply yet, still waiting.
I sort of tricked the customers service and complant department into confirming the
reports existance, when I pointed out that their company had issued a report
saying that the Texas courts were a for profit enterprise they fell silent and
gave me the P.R. guys number and email.

You know if elements of the government are corporations for profit, when was the hostile take over done to replace what we have supposedly had for some short time
since 1789? 1874 was the date that some in the "patriot" community point to for a act of congress that incorporated D.C. into some sort of corporation that UNITED STATES is a subsidiary of perhaps filed in Delaware or the Business District of London (inc.?)
Lots of claims and hard to find documents, some not so hard to find but pondering the permutations and implications for something masquerading as our government that is actually controlled by the crown or the vatican and or the likes of the bilderberg underlings that know
what is best for the rest of us.
One has to wunder if we really are on to them, there is little time to act before the next mass psychological operation on the scale of 911 or werse?!
Starting to believe Henry Ford was more correct than he knew with that
"history is bunk" attitude.

A reply of sorts?
Mr.*****
Upon review, it appears the Business Registration information show below
was hand-entered, meaning the information was entered by the D&B analyst
that last updated the record and not from the Texas Secretary of State.
My belief is that the analyst was attempting to portray the date of
inception of the organization and certainly not portraying the courts as
a for-profit organization. I have made the correction to the given
record today, which will take effect tomorrow morning.
Please note, we are providing the information as background only, and
not for quote or attribution.
Sincerely,

The phone mic is listening, remember, the matrix is assembling
its files on you and your habits so you can be a asset to broker
to, advertise to, profile prosecute and fine.

Hollywood certainly helps in this deception, if it is a deception, granting all sorts of powers to the boogyman "satan", like erasing your memory of the deal you made for your sole. The Movie "Angel Heart"
with Mickey Rourke comes to mind where his charactor murdered Lisa Bonet (and Cosby made her leave his show for her own.)
Numerous movies feed the lies, and empower the boogy man, leaving us with a scape goat to blame for
all our bad behaviour,
"resist the [advisary] and he will flee from you"
Resist your own carnal nature and you might
find "you can help it".
Yea I know the saying; "the devil’s best trick is to convince you he dosen’t exist"
Where is that in scripture, Christians?
Devil worshipers are real, worshipers of
"reason"(lucifer) are real, worshipers of knowlege are to be found but the
built-up into a fire-breathing shapeshifting dragon is not to be accepted at face value.
The scriptures use all sorts of symbolic and even parabolic expressions that require study and comparisons to get, even knowledge of the cultures involved is required at times to "get it";
How many times do the scriptures refer to people as vipers, serpents, or groups as a dragon?
Lots.
We have met the enemy and he is us?
or "them" as in those who say they are jews but are not
and have been manipulating things since before the
movie projector was perfected here in old Morehead.

Holly-Wood: Wood from the Holly Tree.
Ever hear the old saying "The magic of Hollywood"?
I have heard it said by some that the wood from the Holly Tree is used for at least a number
of tools used by those who practice or dabble in the supernatural and/or occultism.
I will not name those things here simply because I don’t want to be responsible for a teenager
reading this to say "Hey! That sounds cool… Let’s try making one of those to see if it works"…
I just don’t want to feel like I might have had a hand in introducing a child/teen into something
that I believe could be potentially dangerous.
