Okay Kat, Dave! FESS UP!!

Yet all I’ve ever seen offered as proof is “I can look out my window” or “the traffic is so bad on 32”.
An opinion on a matter is perfectly fine, of course; but as reasonable, logical people shouldn’t we at least TRY to base our opinions on observable facts?
So, I’m asking both of you, what evidence can you present that the world is over-populated?

The reason I’m bringing this up today is because in the 26 Jul issue of the Lexington Herald-Leader, barfoonists Joel Pett had a little funny that said things like terrorism, war, poverty, hunger, disease, immigration, greenhouse gases, species extinction, ocean and forest degradation could ALL be stopped by the use of birth control.
Anybody with a lick of sense (and has paid attention) has known for some time that Mr. Joel Pett is more than a few bricks short of a load…lol.
Dave, Kat, there is something sinister about all this and we need to understand it—if we care about people, that is.
What do you think all these over-population yahoos like Paula WANT to happen? Do you think they’d settle for voluntary birth control? Are they spending their time, energy, and money to provide “under-privileged” women birth control—AS OPPOSED to wanting to spend MY money to do it? (Remember, I’m the one who knows there is no over-population problem—so why should my money be spent on something I know is bogus?)
No…they don’t want a voluntary birth control situation—they’ve got that already and in their mind, it isn’t working. What they WANT is governmental policies that decides who has children…and when they have them.
It is a foolishness that needs to be addressed and exposed for the foolishness that it is.
So, I ask you, my friends, what proof do you offer that the world is over-populated?

:-B The world seems overpopulated because of policies and practices that suppress the trend to live in rural areas infavor of concentraited population centers or cities. Suppression or lack of promotion of independent living techniques.
Economic discouragement for dirt farmers with winmills to pump water and generate power.
Having read various popular
Science/Mechanics/Science Digest/Omni/Futurist and others. I have seen the various methods for thermal turbine “power towers” that generate electricity from rising colums of air in the middle of nowhere, geo thermal, natural gas is virtually everywhere if you drill deep enuff, Water can be condensed out of the air in the middle of the Sahara, enuff for hydoponic strawberries and tomatoes. If people spread out to live where no one lives it would create economic chaos for cities currently bursting at the seams that have build economic engines upon expansion and demand.
on one aspect of thise consider the UCC and the status we have as “human resources” to be exploited for our commercial value”

The US Government has not been listening to the people for over 150 years! What makes us all think they will listen to us now? We waste our energy trying and we have somehow forgotten that the real power in this nation comes from We the People and then the States we live in. If we pull the States back under our control then this filthy reprobate Government will cease to exist.
What follows is a letter that should be presented to every State Representative, State Senator, State Governor and sitting Judge in the State Judiciary. Following the letter are instructions to what your State Representative is to do with it. Those we sent to the US Congress are traitors. The States can recall them at will, try and execute them at once. We must get our States back under control!
As my friend Michael Badnarik is so fond of saying: “If the First Amendment does not work then the Second Amendment will!”
We have not yet tried the simple course of action so calls for violence are still premature. Time however is running out!
Here is the letter (Change the names and town where appropriate and it is to be physically delivered to your local State Representative):
Dear Public Servant,
All human beings, in the course of their lives, are faced with a choice. A human being can take responsibility for themselves, their lives and their actions. Likewise, a human being can submit to the authority of another by relinquishing their rights, giving up their power and voice.
The latter is to be a slave that is dependent on the mercy of another who is not bound to consider the slave’s best interest. When one is a slave they cease being a human being and become merely property whose useful life is determined by their ability to produce a profit for their master. We must each individually make this choice. I have made mine.
While the warmth of our mother’s womb is still with us we are pricked, prodded, named and classified. We grow up and are taught to believe the lie that we are merely vehicles of interstate and international commerce. We believe we are each a “person”, “individual”, “resident” or “motorist” not knowing that this has legal contractual implications that will wholly dominate our lives until we die. We have forgotten what it means to be a human being with rights, powers and voice endowed to us by our Creator.
We are no longer human beings. We are slaves; property, cattle and our masters have determined that we have outlived our usefulness. We live a lie. All around we see this truth. We have been made entirely dependent, not on our own ability to sustain ourselves, but on the merciless pittance we are begrudgingly offered. Soon our masters will withhold our sustenance and in ignorance we will perish.
It is the age-old question we face: “live free or die”. I have made my choice. If our choice is simply to die then can we accept the crime and responsibility that we also condemn our children to the same fate against their will?
The Uniform Commercial Code is a lie. It is not a civilized system of law. It is a contract to slavery. We have been fooled into submitting to this terrible contract. We falsely believe this code applies to a human being. It does not nor can it apply to a human being. Not surprisingly, nowhere within its pages, does it define specifically within that it applies to a human being. It uses terms like “individual”, “party”, “person”, “corporation” etc., which are merely legal nonsense to describe interstate or international commercial entities. This vagueness is intentional and we are left to decide in ignorance what is what. That alone, by its very nature, invalidates this code.
Second, it establishes by default that we who walk this planet are not human beings but a straw man fiction. We are slaves unless we say otherwise. Would we not be outraged if we were judged and treated, for the purposes of law, as mass murderers until we declare otherwise, a child molester perhaps? Are we to be guilty until proven innocent? All contracts are voluntary and ignorance of the law is no excuse but what of those who had a duty to protect and to warn us and in treason turned away? Is treason a strong enough word?
Any “law” or “code” that is at its heart unconstitutional has no power. The UCC is such a code. For this crime against humanity to be allowed to operate in Our Nation is unforgivable. For this code to be permitted to operate in My Sovereign State is intolerable, shameful and is just cause for defiance!
The UCC is only one of a myriad of frauds that have brought our State and our people to the brink of ruin. We no longer engage in commerce as it is lawfully recognized. We merely occupy ourselves moving around the master’s property pretending to trade and pretending to own that which is not our property to fool ourselves into thinking that a privilege is a right. There can be no profit in this. We no longer use lawful money as we have been tricked into using IOU’s instead. We have been ignorantly giving away rights to our land and treasure for a piece of worthless paper. So pervasive is its use that we have tricked ourselves into believing that our Sovereign State is no longer our property. We have traded it under a voluntary contract for nothing, a fiction and a colorable ethereal lie. The Sovereignty of our State cannot be sold, traded, stolen or given away. Even if we could sell it, our pockets are not filled with silver or gold and our State Treasury is filled only with worthless paper and electronic nothing.
The contract is between the people and those who are our servants. We cannot right those treasons of apathy and greed that those that came before succumb to. We can assume ownership of that which has always been ours. It is not a matter of “taking back” as it was not “taken” from us in the first place. It is still here and it is still ours. What was taken from us was our ability to see this truth.
We believe a lie. We believe that we must bow to the Federal Government, The State Government or our local Government merely because we breathe. It is a lie. We are human beings and we need not bow to no one. We are not fictions, slaves or property.
More importantly we are Americans and Sovereign Citizens of our State whose power and rights flow as gifts from our creator and are protected by a trust. The Constitution of Our Sovereign Republic of these united States is that trust and that contract is still in force.
There is but one question we each must ask ourselves and it is a choice we must all make.
Your choice can be found in this simple question:
Are you, My Public Servant, worthy of My trust and will your future actions prove that you treat your duty to the People of Our State with the seriousness, care and honesty and at a level that I have the power to compel you to meet, by contract?
From a human being with all respect and grace due another human being I demand, as it is in my power to demand, your answer.

Instructions To Representative:
I have included a letter and I request that this letter be forwarded to all members of the State House, State Senate, serving State Judges and to the Governor’s Office.
It is to be formally entered into the public record.
It is to be read aloud on the floor of the of State House of Representatives in the current or next session
It is to be released to the press for publication and public dissemination as soon as possible.
This monstrosity we call the Federal Government is out of control and we need to act to protect our State Citizens from this criminal enterprise. I would suggest that other surrounding Statehouses be contacted as well as I have put this letter out and called for citizens in every State to force their State Governments into Constitutional compliance. I do not have to tell you what we face if we fail.
The letter is self-explanatory.
I take full responsibility for its content.
I know I can count on you for your swift attention to this matter.

MAN!!! I DREAD the coming “storm” from you two…lol.
I mean…taking this long to respond can only mean one thing, I reckon.
You two must be gathering just TONS of evidence to show that the world is over-populated.
I’m gonna see pictures of people just starving to death all over the place because there is simply NO FOOD.
I’m gonna see houses torn down to get to that oh-so-valuable “farm land” so people can raise a few more hills of taters and plant a few more beans.
I’m gonna see dozens (or…at least one
precious, irreplaceable resource that is just GONE…nope, not an ounce left to go around.
Kat, Dave…I’m having a little fun, yes…BUT here’s my point.
If we can’t convince people like you two…a Christian and a person with a scientific mind…that we are not over-populated, then what hope do we have of getting someone as dense as or Al Gore a Lexington Herald Leader editor to understand?
So what defense will we have against those people who feel it necessary to control our numbers via some governmental policy.

The day I was born, May 26, 1961, my maternal great grandfather died at 8 something that morning and I was born at 8 something that same night. So there is the one dies and one is born.
HOWEVER PRECIOUS and DH, etc., THAT was 46 years ago! NOW everytime ONE person dies at least TEN are born. Personally I think it’s higher than that. Everytime you move further and further out into the deep country where you think no one will build around you and you can have some peace and quiet, sooner or later, here ‘THEY’ come. Look at the poor folk on Bratton Branch for example.

:-B Birth rates have fallen especially in industrialsed countries, the rate can decrease and population still increases to a point, it is exponential.
1 billion people have 2.8 children in 20 years allowing for
death rates and such you have 3billion, 20years 6billion
that is without war and such and only say a 65 year lifespan.
There were 1 billion people in 1900
and we have all heard stories about the hough
families back then: so and so had “14 children by his first wife” now its is what 2.4 children per household?
“average” life expectancy 71+ (of course there is always
stories about that granma that smoked and drinked and
chewed baccy untill she died hoe ‘n taters at 97.)
